About Me
Hello there! My name is Vidhi Sayani. For years, I immersed myself in the study of the mind, yet my own potential stayed untapped. I knew exactly what to do, but found it impossible to start, until I discovered the impact of rewiring the subconscious. After training with the world’s elite coaches, I was astonished by how my own life transformed, and even more so by the changes I saw in those around me. I realized then that real change doesn’t come from 'trying harder'; it begins when you gently rewrite the patterns running beneath the surface. My work is designed to help you bridge the gap between the vision you hold for your life and the internal code that hasn't caught up with it yet. Earlier, I would sleep for over 10 hours and still not feel rested. Now I feel like sleep is really able to accomplish what it is supposed to. I am able to wake up on time, or even before the alarm rings a lot more often and it has been easier to start my day, despite the freezing winter currently in my town. During crunch time, there have been days where I could only manage to sleep for about 3-4 hours a day, and yet I felt so much rested after these sessions.

How are you different from other coaches out there?
I am not here to spend hours asking you to confront your past or dissecting what went wrong in your childhood. While understanding your history can be insightful, simply knowing why you are stuck doesn’t always lead to actual change. I am interested in results over explanations.
My process is designed for maximum efficiency, where shifts become noticeable from the very first session, affecting everything from your internal state to the micro-decisions you make throughout your day.
